How will I know if my order has been shipped?

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, our system automatically sends you a shipping confirmation email with your UPS or Canada Post tracking number. Click on the tracking number and you can access to-the-minute location information.

I put the wrong shipping address, made a mistake on my order, can you change it?

Yes, you can contact us by phone at 1-888-797-0097 or email us lina@fabulousfashion.ca amd we will make the changes for you.

When will my back order item get shipped?

We will contact you by email to let you know we have received your item and it has been shipped.

How can I get a coupon code?

When you sign up to our newsletter, we will send you a coupon code which you can redeem at check-out.

Do you make custom orders?

If we do not have a item you are looking for on our store, you can send us a picture and we will do our best to find it for you.
